HELPING OUR COMMUNITY BUILD A BETTER FUTURE.
The Leo Goodwin Foundation is proud to support local organizations that work hard to make our community a better place to live, work and play. Over the years, we have successfully helped many nonprofit organizations successfully reach their Capital Campaign goals.
A Capital Campaign is a major decision for any nonprofit and requires considerable financial and human resources. They also demand an extended time commitment and necessitate thorough planning to turn the campaign into victories. Capital Campaigns can often prove to be one of the greatest challenges for many nonprofit organizations. They are often complex and exciting but can be quite overwhelming. Most Capital Campaigns are multi-year fundraising and outreach activities focused on raising money for a specific defined need, traditionally for a building, reconstruction, remodeling, crucial campaign improvements, or other important purchases that cannot be financed through the normal budget process. The goal of raising millions of dollars for a single effort such as requires a tremendous amount of work and resources.
The Leo Goodwin Foundation has supported many Capital Campaigns in the nonprofit sector. Here are a few examples of the Capital Campaigns we’ve had the opportunity to support.
